Scope of Services. Through this Site, Valenco Services markets and arranges Loan Signing Services, Apostille Services, Real Estate Notary, Immigration Document Notary, Affidavit Notarization. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://valencoservicesrockford.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Valenco Services or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Damages. Valenco Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Valenco Services from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Law and Venue. IL law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in IL.

Term Changes. Valenco Services may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
